Revenge Cheating Empty Revenge Cheating

I was talking with a friend the other day about whether it's ok or not to revenge cheat. I said ans "eye for an eye" he said, it's never acceptable to revenge cheat "two wrongs don't make a right". Feel free to chime in on this :dm11:
